Washington State University offers the Western Undergraduate Exchange and Cougar Awards to incoming, out-of-state students. The WUE award requires a 3.4 GPA, while the Cougar award requires a GPA of 3.0-3.39. Both awards require applicants to be US citizens or permanent residents. Both scholarships are also renewable for three additional years. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents.
