AGA Boston Chapter is pleased to offer one Walter Frese Memorial Scholarship to a high school, undergraduate, or graduate student enrolled or will be enrolled as an undergraduate/graduate student for the year the scholarship is awarded in a business or financial management-related program. This includes, but is not limited to, business administration, finance, accounting, economics, human resources, information technology and cyber security. Graduate student applicants are required to be working or interning in a government business or finance position.
Applicants must be a New England area resident or be enrolled in a New England area college (consisting of the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut). Student membership (free of charge) is required to apply. Recipients will be selected based on factors including scholastic achievement, leadership qualities, extracurricular activities, reference letter, writing ability, and an expressed interest in at least one of the fields previously listed.
