Bright HEROs seeks to enhance the continuing education success of children infected with and/or affected by HIV/AIDS through financial support. Scholarships are awarded to high school seniors and undergraduates who are scheduled to enroll/are enrolled in a postsecondary or vocational institution.
Scholarship Details
- Scholarships are awarded to high school seniors and undergraduates.
- Can be applied to tuition and fees at colleges, universities, or vocational schools.
- Support is available for academic and professional development activities like SAT prep courses, tutoring, or specialized training workshops.

- High school senior, undergraduate
- Demonstrated academic accomplishment
- Evidence of financial need is required
Application Process
- Complete the Bright HEROs scholarship application form.
- Provide academic records and proof of enrollment or acceptance at an educational or vocational institution.
- Submit references and a personal essay outlining your goals and financial need.
- Await notification from the program regarding the award decision.
The program pays the scholarship directly to the recipient's post-secondary or vocational school (i.e. college/university, cosmetology school, automotive school, nursing assistant program, technical school, etc.).
