Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be of Hispanic heritage
  • First-generation college student
  • OC high school graduate or community college transfer planning full-time enrollment
  • Latino/a residing in Orange County, California for the past three years
  • Demonstrate financial need through FAFSA or CA Dream Act Application
  • Undocumented students are welcomed
