The Garcia Family Scholarship is intended for students attending a two-year college, or juniors or seniors attending a four year institution with a career focus on the marketing or distribution of floral products, including retail, wholesale, manufacturing and/or floral business ownership/operations. To be eligible for the Garcia Family Scholarship, applicants must: have a 2.0 GPA; and either be residents of the US or Canada or be enrolled in an accredited educational institution in the US or Canada.
Besides completing the online application, applicants must also submit two letters of recommendation (preferably one from a teacher and one from an employer), a resume and transcripts from their most recent school.
