Because of this, the Saginaw Community Foundation administers a variety of scholarship programs for high school, community college, university and vocational students. The Donald Stuart Corsaut Memorial Scholarship was established as an enduring legacy to a special man and his dream of taking a chance on someone who has a special spark. Applicants must be a Saginaw County resident; have a GPA between 2.5-3.0; and be pursuing an undergraduate degree, vocational certification, or journeyman's card. Preference may be given to a student studying machine tool operations, industrial supervision, skilled trades, or mechanical design technology. Dollar amounts will vary.
