The Chuck Peacock Memorial Scholarship is offered to recognize the importance of management skills and is available to a high school senior or college student who plans to attend or is attending an accredited school in an aviation management program. Scholarship applicants must have at least a cumulative 2.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale. Scholarship monies must be used to cover the cost of tuition, books and/or tools only. Scholarship monies cannot be used for any type of flight training or air traffic control programs.
The mission of the AEA is to educate, communicate, and advocate for aviation businesses around the world that manufacture, support, and install innovative technologies for flight. Since its inception, the AEA Educational Foundation has awarded more than $1.5 million to students seeking careers in the aircraft electronics and aviation maintenance industry, as well as technicians from AEA member companies.
