Scholarship Details

- Open to Bachelor’s and Master’s degree students in Special Education

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to students regardless of financial need
- Nomination by a P. Buckley Moss Society member (optional)
- Must have completed a minimum of two years of undergraduate work (transcripts required)
- Proof of acceptance into a specific program for teaching special needs students
- Two letters of recommendation (one academic, one personal, not from a relative)
- Short essay detailing school/community/work activities and achievements
- Essay (250-500 words) discussing career goals, teaching philosophies, reasons for choosing this career, and plans to make a difference in the lives of special needs students
