Each year, NOSCDC awards merit-based scholarships to high school graduating seniors and military spouses living in the National Capitol Region. The scholarships chair will confirm by email the receipt of school paperwork. If we do not receive paperwork from your school, students need to send us: an unofficial transcript; a recommendation letter from a coach or mentor; and a high school information sheet signed by a parent/guardian. Dollar amounts will vary.
NOSCDC is a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to the support of military service personnel and their family members throughout the metro D.C. area. Each year, we provide academic scholarships to military dependents and spouses. Using funds raised through the volunteer-run Temptations Gift Boutique, NOSCDC also donates to charitable organizations that support active duty service members, dependents, retirees, or wounded warriors with 100% of their funds.
