The Ahlswell – Arapahoe Scholarship was created in 2014 by Gary and Deb Fisher Ahl in honor and beloved memory of Deb Fisher Ahl’s ancestors and other members of the Fisher family from Gosper County and Furnas County, Nebraska. To be eligible to apply you must be a graduating senior or former graduate of Arapahoe High School, pursuing a major in education, health care, agriculture, construction or related trades planning to attend full-time at a 2 or 4-year college in Nebraska, maintained a 2.5 GPA or higher and demonstrate financial need. This scholarship may be renewed subject to full reapplication and evidence of satisfactory performance. High school or college transcript and first page of FAFSA report is required with application.
