Applicants should send an e-mail to the address listed above stating the purpose and scope of the research project, including a proposed budget. Applicants should also submit a completed pdf application form, as well as a C.V. that provides evidence of professional qualifications. In addition, two letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with the applicant’s field of study will be required.
