The Undergraduate Admissions Transfer Academic Achievement Scholarship is open to qualified incoming U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and international Transfer students only. To qualify for academic merit scholarship consideration, students must be admitted to FIU prior to the following Fall Semester. Applicants must have at least 60 transferable credit hours or an AA degree.
To enter the competition, a student must: be a citizen of the United States, a U.S. lawful permanent resident or an international student with intention of receiving the F-1 visa to study in the United States; meet minimum scholarship requirements; possess a 3.8 Transfer GPA; and be a transfer student with 60 transferable credit hours or an AA degree completed before beginning at FIU in the Fall. This award covers 50% Tuition, Fees and Books.
