Because of this, the Saginaw Community Founda­tion administers a variety of scholarship programs for high school, community college, university and vocational stu­dents. Since awarding our first $500 scholarship in 1987, the Saginaw Community Foundation has awarded more than $8 million in scholarships.   To be eligible for the Kenneth Hugh MacDonald Sr., Broadcasting Scholarship, applicants must: demonstrate financial need; be a graduating high school senior or current undergraduate from Bay, Clinton, Eaton, Genesee, Huron, Ingham, Lapeer, Midland, Saginaw, Sanilac, Shiawassee or Tuscola County; and, pursue undergraduate studies in a broadcast-related field full-time.
