  • POET Never Satisfied Scholarships are open to students enrolled in any two- or four-year post-secondary school, regardless of major or GPA. Never Satisfied Scholars receive up to $5,000 each, and will have the opportunity to visit the POET Sioux Falls campus during the school year. Recipients will have the opportunity to receive hands-on networking and learning experience with the POET team. There are no specific degree program requirements and no minimum GPA, however, applicants must be U.S. Citizens. Application requirements include basic contact information, educational information, and three essay question responses. To enhance your application, you may add a video link and apply early for special awards.

I applied for this scholarship, and I recommend it to anyone who is passionate about the environment or the state of our dying planet. It is perfect for anyone who is driven and, as POET refers to it, "Never Satisfied" with the state of the world. If you are passionate and determined to make a positive impact, this scholarship is for you. While it is essay driven, they invite you to create a video for your submission if you'd like, and you can (and should!) submit reference letters as well.
