Epilepsy Reach Education Scholarship Program

• Scholarship Description
• The Epilepsy Reach Education Scholarship is awarded to three students who suffer from epilepsy and/or a seizure disorder to help with related expenses for trade school, college, or graduate programs. To be eligible, you must be a legal resident of the United States; Reside in or attending an educational institution in an under-served community in the Southeast US region; Be/have been diagnosed with epilepsy by a certified physician or must be an immediate family member in the household living with a person diagnosed with epilepsy (parent, spouse, or child).

  Applicants must be seeking an associate's, undergraduate, or graduate degree from an accredited US based college or university; A student who demonstrates academic and personal achievement, possess a strong record of participation in activities outside of school, and serves as a positive role model for others; Graduating from high school in the year the scholarship is awarded or have already graduated from high school seeking to further your education or a current college student. Must have been accepted or enrolled in a US based college or university for the fall semester of the scholarship and must not be a previous recipient of the Epilepsy Reach Foundation Scholarship.
