The Kelsey B. Diamantis TS Scholarship Family Foundation, Inc. Dollars 4 Tic Scholars is a non-profit organization that provides college scholarships to students who have Tourette Syndrome. Scholarships are offered for undergraduates, graduate students and students seeking vocational education in technical fields. For all scholarships, a minimum GPA of 2.5 and a letter of diagnosis of Tourette Syndrome are required in order to apply. Other criteria may vary by scholarship.
In addition to completing the application, applicants must also submit a transcript, letters of reference, a FAFSA report (if you're applying for the undergraduate or graduate scholarship), an acceptance letter (if you're an incoming freshman or incoming graduate student), and an original letter on letterhead of your diagnosis of Chronic Tic Disorder or Tourette’s Syndrome provided by and signed by your neurologist or psychiatrist.
