The Adult Students in Scholastic Transition (ASIST) Scholarship Program helps provide financial support to adult students in a variety of transitional situations. The ASIST scholarship is available to adults, 18 years of age or older, NOT currently enrolled in high school, facing economic, social, or physical challenges, who are looking to improve their situation through educational opportunities.
Local Chapters partner with educational providers and social services agencies to identify potential candidates. Students apply and compete at the local Chapter for up to $8,000 in scholarships. The first-place winner from each Chapter will then be submitted to the Corporate level for the opportunity to win the Corporate Scholarship. The ASIST Scholarship is a non-discriminatory, educational scholarship program for the benefit of nontraditional students pursuing an associates, bachelor or master’s degree, or a technical/professional certification.
