In order to apply for the Ernest and Charlene Stachowiak Memorial Scholarship, applicants must be a current college or non-traditional student from Winnebago and Boone Counties. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, and exhibit sincerity, high character, and the ability to overcome obstacles. Dollar amounts for this scholarship will vary.
