Mutual of Omaha supports life-long learning and will reimburse eligible associates up to 100% of tuition costs, with a maximum limit of $300 per credit hour, up to $5,250 a year for full-time associates and up to $3,600 a year for part-time associates. Additionally, our affiliation with local universities makes it easy for you to learn in various ways. One example is our partnership with the University of Nebraska-Omaha on the Career Advancement Partnership (CAP) program. This program reflects our investment in the development of our associates' growth, skills, abilities and knowledge by assisting them in obtaining academic training in various Information Technology and Data Science skills. Mutual also offers the Campus@Work program in connection with Bellevue University. This program provides enhanced tuition reimbursement benefits to eligible associates.
