Submit your entries online or by mail by 11:59 PM CST on December 31st for a chance to win this contest. Students residing in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Wisconsin are eligible. Follow the guidelines below for essay and art categories:
Scholarship Details

Eligibility Criteria
- High school students who reside in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, or Wisconsin
- Only one entry per student per year
- Apply online or by mail
Application Process
- Submit entries online or mail to the provided address
- Include student's name, phone number, email address, teacher or guardian's name, current school and grade
- No identifying student information within the body of the essay or artwork
- Online entries by 11:59 PM CST on December 31st, and mailed entries postmarked by December 31st
- Complete an ADL contest entry form via the online portal or attach it to mailed entries
