University of Charleston Dance Team Scholarships

• Scholarship Description
• Students with Dance experience may apply for our Dance Team Scholarship. Our Dance Team is affiliated with the University of Charleston Bands. Students perform during halftime of our Football and Basketball Games, conduct philanthropic clinics for aspiring dancers at the Elementary/ Middle School Level, and perform at community/corporate events throughout the Kanawha Valley/ Charleston Metro Area.

  Students who dance may enroll in any major on campus and have the opportunity to compete at the collegiate dance championships in Orlando, FL, in the spring semester. Students also attend clinics with some dance company personnel and some of the professional sports (NFL and NBA) leading dance squads.
