Scholarship Details
- Two $1,000 scholarships
- Supports high school seniors who advocate for CRPS awareness

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a high school senior
- Minimum GPA of 3.0, graduating in the current school year
- Accepted to a four-year undergraduate degree program at an accredited institution
Application Process
- Complete the Fight the scholarship application
- Submit an essay (500 words) on CRPS awareness or related advocacy efforts
- Provide a communication log sheet as part of the application
- Include a copy of the college acceptance letter
- Submit all application materials by April 10th
It can be difficult for those with CRPS to cope with others downplaying their illness due to its invisibility. Raising awareness, supporting education, and funding research for CRPS is crucial to finding a cure for this debilitating pain disorder.
