In order to apply for the Ernest and Charlene Stachowiak Memorial Scholarship, applicants must be a current college or non-traditional student from Winnebago and Boone Counties with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must demonstrate financial need, and exhibit sincerity, high character, and the ability to overcome obstacles.
