Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should have a passion for Creative Writing.
- Applicants must plan to pursue a minor or major in Creative Writing at Waldorf University.
Application Process
- Complete the scholarship application form.
- Upload one or more of the following as part of your application:
- A 200-word response explaining the role of writing in your life.
- Five poems.
- Ten typed double-spaced pages of fiction or creative non-fiction, including your name, page numbers, and the piece's title in the header.
- Submit your application by January 16th for first consideration. Strong applications will be accepted until all scholarships have been awarded.
- The selection process is based on craftsmanship and future potential that would benefit from creative writing mentorship, rather than your prior academic achievements.
