Scholarship Description

The Andy Grove Scholarship for Intel Employees' Children is a competitive scholarship program where scholarships totaling approximately 1.4 million dollars will be awarded annually in the following countries or sites; Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Egypt, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, United States, United Kingdom, Vietnam.

Scholarship Details

  • Approximately 1.4 million dollars in scholarships awarded annually
  • Nearly four hundred recipients selected worldwide each year
  • One time awards of up to $4,000 for eligible students
  • Funds may be used for tuition, books, and fees

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicant must be a child of an Intel employee
  • Applicants from participating countries may apply
  • Applicant must be pursuing a two year or four year higher education program
  • Both the student and parent or guardian must provide required application information

Application Process

  3. Submit the full application and supporting information by the posted deadline

Nearly 400 scholarships will be awarded worldwide each year. Scholarship recipients receive a one-time award of up to $4,000 (USD) for use towards higher education. Scholarship awards will vary based on whether the student is pursuing a two-year or four-year degree. Students receiving the Scholarship can use the money for tuition, books, and fees.
