The Grand Rapids Community Foundation's Mildred E. Troske Music Scholarship is offered to a student who is a resident of Kent County studying music education. Scholarship recipients are selected by the Grand Rapids Community Foundation (GRCF) and applicants follow the GRCF process. Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
