Each year, up to two $2,500 scholarships are awarded to hospitality students who are preparing for a career in the DMC industry. Scholarship winners are also invited to attend the ADMEI Annual Conference—with hotel and airfare assistance provided—for an unforgettable opportunity to connect with industry leaders and peers.
Scholarship Details
- Award amount of $2,500 paid directly to the recipient's university
- Applications accepted from June through November
- Scholarship recipient announced in December
- Winner receives an invitation to attend the ADMEI Annual Conference

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to students pursuing a career in the Destination Management Company industry or the meetings and events industry
- Applicants must submit a resume
- Applicants must provide one letter of recommendation
- Applicants must submit a video essay between one and three minutes in length
Application Process
- Create a video essay that is between one and three minutes long
- Complete the scholarship application during the application period
- Submit all required materials by November 1 before midnight EST
