The Alyssa Sandmeier Foundation Creative Writing Scholarship Competition is a $1,000 scholarship offered to Nebraska college-bound high school seniors.
Submission criteria: Only one submission per student
Submissions must take the form of one of the following genre:
· Poetry or song lyrics
· Short fiction of all subgenres
· Play, movie, or television script
· Speech or letter
· Memoirs or diary entry
· Biography/autobiography
· Personal essay
· Other (We understand creative writing can take many forms. If there is a question about your desired form, please contact us by email or text.)
Submissions do not have to be newly created, but must be original works.
