  • Scholarship Description
  • The Washington-Nixon Nursing Scholarship is for single, non-traditional females, providing primary support for custodial child(ren). Junior or senior college students actively pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing are also eligible. Students must show academic promise and have a minimum GPA of 3.0, completed 60 hours of prerequisites and be enrolled full-time during the award period. Financial need will be considered when selecting between equally meritorious candidates.
    Applications will be accepted November 1st through January 5th for the Spring semester and April 1st through June 5th for the Fall semester. For more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
