The Judith Heavenrich Memorial Scholarship was established to assist single, low-income mothers return to school to earn a degree or trade. Applicants must be a female Saginaw County resident and a low-income, single mother. Must be a non-traditional student (out of high school for at least six months with no academic experience or out of college for two consecutive semesters or more before returning to school); seeking an undergraduate degree, associates degree, or vocational training; and reside in Saginaw County. Dollar amounts will vary.
