One way we demonstrate this commitment is through the Morgan Stanley Richard B. Fisher (RBF) Scholarship Program, which is an integral part of our diversity recruiting efforts for college sophomores and juniors, helping to attract candidates from historically underrepresented groups to the financial services industry.
