Eligibility Criteria
- Must graduate from a public high school located in a rural area, as defined by counties with fewer than 50,000 residents.
- Must be U.S. citizens and residents of an eligible state.
- Should have attended an eligible public high school for their junior and senior years and be graduating in the upcoming spring.
- Must have plans to attend an eligible four-year college or university.
- High school Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- ACT score of 24 or higher, or SAT score of 1150 or higher.
