The Chesapeake Section, American Water Works Association (CSAWWA) invites you to apply for our 2024 High School Scholarship Award, which is available to high school or home-schooled seniors interested in a career in the water utility industry. The $1,000 scholarship can be utilized for tuition, fees, books, and school supplies for a student attending a college, university, or trade school with plans to pursue a career in the water, stormwater or wastewater industries. Three $1,000 scholarships are available.
Eligibility
• Must be in a graduating Class of ‘24 in a Maryland, Delaware or DC high school or home school.
• Must be planning to pursue a career in the water, stormwater or wastewater industries.
• Must be accepted into a college/university or trade school for the 2024-2025 school year.
Deadline
The deadline for applying for this scholarship is April 15, 2024, and the award will be announced in May 2024.
