To apply, you must be a high school senior, high school graduate or current undergraduate who resides in an eligible city (see the application site for a full list of eligible communities) in the United States. You must also self-identify as female (any race/ethnicity), or as a member of a traditionally underserved racial or ethnic background: Black or African American; American Indian or Alaska Native; Hispanic or Latino; Asian American; or Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, and plan to enroll in part-time or full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year, pursuing a degree in one of the following areas of study (or similar):
• Business/International Business (Marketing, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources)
• Hospitality/Entertainment/Sports Management
• Culinary Arts
• Communications/Public Relations/Digital Media
• Information Technology
• Graphic Design
