The Eileen Kraus Scholarship, named after the first woman to lead a major regional financial institution and a founding Chairman of the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame Board of Trustees, supports the next generation of female leaders. This scholarship honors her legacy of mentoring women and advancing the causes that impact them the most.
Scholarship Details
- Supports female students residing in Connecticut
- Open to recent high school graduates or those in their final year of secondary school
- For students intending to enroll in their first year of college or university
- Scholarship recipients will be recognized at the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Hartford, CT, in October
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a female student and legal resident of Connecticut
- Must be a recent high school graduate or in the final year of secondary school
- Must plan to enroll in her first year of college or university (current college students are not eligible)
- Must be able to attend the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
