To encourage the pursuit of knowledge in medicine, nursing, public health, nutrition, and exercise science, MyHeart is offering a new scholarship for the coming academic year. This scholarship features monetary awards for three students studying cardiovascular health in tertiary school and medical school totaling $5,000. We are specifically interested in providing scholarships to those with a passion for protecting America’s future generations from cardiovascular disease, although we will consider applications from students pursuing all areas of healthcare.
To be eligible, you must be interested in the study of cardiovascular health or the pursuit of a career in the healthcare industry, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, or medical degree (Two-year degrees are eligible.) and be accepted into your chosen program to claim the scholarship, but you can apply before acceptance. If not yet accepted, list the school where you think you are most likely to attend. Must be a current resident of the United States. The three winners will appear on the MyHeart podcast (remotely) to be awarded their scholarships. One finalist will be awarded a $3,000 scholarship, and the two other finalists will each receive a $1,000 scholarship.
