At Flagler College, all domestic and international students are automatically considered for the Presidential Merit Scholarships as well as other merit scholarships upon admission. The student's admissions application containing factors such as the student’s weighted, core GPA as well as their highest overall test scores are taken into consideration. Some students may not be eligible for a Presidential Scholarship, but those that are will be notified of the amount in their acceptance letter. This is open to both incoming freshmen and transfer students.
Flagler College has a number of scholarships available on a year-to-year basis. These scholarships are provided by individuals or organizations, which specify the eligibility requirements. Those requirements vary widely and include such things as academic record, financial need, academic major, intended career, and area of residency. Please note that full-time enrollment is required for all Flagler College institutional scholarships. There is not a seperate application for scholarships, so as long as students are accepted into Flagler, they can be accepted for the Presidential Scholarship.
