The RIC Alumni Children Academic Award is granted to a child or grandchild of a Rhode Island College (RIC) graduate who is enrolled full-time at the college during the academic year.
Requirements:
• Selection based on the highest GPA among applicants.
• One award designated for freshmen returning as sophomores (approximately 30 credits earned).
• One award designated for sophomores returning as juniors (approximately 60 credits earned).
• One award designated for juniors returning as seniors (approximately 90 credits earned).
• No essay is required for application.
Award Details:
• Total award amount: $2,000.
• Up to three awards are granted annually.
