• The Rhode Island Saltwater Anglers Association presents four different scholarships each year. Three scholarships are open to graduating high school seniors enrolling in or students entering their second year at either the University of Rhode Island or Roger Williams University who are studying marine science or fisheries.

  All qualified candidates who apply for either the Rhode Island Saltwater Anglers Foundation’s “Fisheries and Marine Sciences Scholarship” or the “Marine Sciences Continuing Education Scholarship” will be considered for the Stephen J.
