This scholarship supports returning undergraduate students in Washington state whose college education has been interrupted. Eligible applicants must be at least 24 years old and demonstrate financial need. The scholarship is designed to help students complete their degree at a public four-year university or a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) program at select Washington colleges.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must have graduated from high school in King County, Washington
- Must be accepted at a Washington public four-year college/university OR into a B.A.S. program at:
- Green River College
- Highline College
- North Seattle College
- Seattle Central College
- Shoreline Community College
- South Seattle College
- Must not already have a Bachelor’s degree
- Must be enrolled at least half-time (6+ credits) for a full academic year
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or DACA recipient
