The Grand Rapids Community Foundation's Armando "Frank" Quaglia Veteran's Scholarship is for students from Kent or Ionia counties who are a veteran or family member (spouse, child, or step-child) of a veteran of the United States Armed Forces attending an accredited four-year college or university full-time majoring in engineering or a medical/healthcare field. Applicants must have financial need and a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Scholarship recipients are selected by the Grand Rapids Community Foundation (GRCF) and applicants follow the GRCF process.
