Scholarship Description
Each year, the Jeffery Isaiah David Memorial Foundation will award scholarships to graduating high school seniors and those already enrolled, seeking to continue their higher educational goals. The scholarships are allocated for the current school year and must be utilized to assist with expenses related to attending college, vocational, or trade school of their choice, for tuition, fees, and/or materials.
To apply for the scholarship, please complete the online fillable form and upload your transcripts, letters of recommendation, and college acceptance letter. If you are a returning student, please ensure to upload your current year-end transcript. Additionally, you must submit a written essay or a video upload based on one of the prompt questions provided in the application. The foundation will carefully verify all information provided before awarding scholarships to the chosen applicants.
