  The Washington State University Glenn Terrell Presidential Award is offered to incoming freshmen and transfer students based on academic strength as evidenced through GPA and the WSU General Scholarship Application. To be eligible, applicants must: apply for admission and complete the WSU general scholarship application; and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

I applied for this scholarship because I think it is important to get as much financial help for college as possible. Growing up middle classed makes tuition fees look very intimidation to students. I noticed this scholarship by the name "Washington State University Glenn Terrell Presidential Award." I may end up going to WSU as well, I am glad i'm applying for this scholarship.
