In order to be eligible for the Franklin H. Isham Memorial Scholarship, applicants must: be residents of Franklin County and have graduated from a Franklin County high school; have at least a 3.0 GPA; demonstrate financial need; demonstrate a good education/work ethic; and plan on attending an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding (Pell grants or federal Direct loans).

To apply for a VSAC-assisted scholarship, you’ll need to determine which scholarships you’re eligible for, complete the Unified Scholarship Application (USA, a single application for all VSAC-assisted scholarships) and submit required documents. Look in the VSAC scholarships booklet for a list of all available scholarships. Applications run from October until the due date.
