ACWA is the largest statewide coalition of public water agencies in the country. Our more than 460 public agency members collectively are responsible for 90% of the water delivered to cities, farms and businesses in California. For more than a century, our mission has been clear: To provide comprehensive leadership, advocacy and resources for California public water agencies to ensure a high quality and reliable water supply in an environmentally sustainable and fiscally responsible manner. Each year through the ACWA Scholarship Program, ACWA awards scholarships to qualified undergraduate students.

Hall ACWA Water Law & Policy Scholarship, applicants must: be pursuing a graduate degree (master’s, PhD, or law school) in water law, water policy or public administration with a demonstrated concentration in the field of water resources; and, commit to full-time enrollment (8 semester units or 10 quarter units) for the entire academic year.
