Founded in 1920, Bound to Stay Bound Books is a third generation family owned business. To support the informational needs of society, the Bound to Stay Bound mission includes providing the best juvenile books, media products and related services to the libraries of North America, as closely matched to their needs as possible and as economically as possible. Throughout their generosity, Bound to Stay Books is also offering scholarships to library science majors.
The Bound to Stay Bound Books (BTSB) Scholarship provides financial assistance for the education of individuals who intend to pursue an MLS or advanced degree and who plan to work in the area of library service to children. This work may be serving children up to and including the age of 14 in any type library. The Scholarship is made possible by the ALSC through the generous contributions of Bound to Stay Bound Books. Applications run from September 1st until March 1st.
