The BBB Chicago Foundation is proud to announce our College Scholarship Video Program is open again! Four lucky students will earn $2,500 for educational expenses!
his contest is open to all eligible students residing in specific counties within BBB's service area in Chicago & Northern Illinois. The scholarship funds will be disbursed directly to the relevant academic institution for tuition purposes only. Video entries will be accepted from January 8th through March 25th.
Scholarship Details
- Total Scholarships: Four (4)
- Scholarship Amount: $2,500 each
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to high school seniors and college students
- Residence in one of the following counties of Northern Illinois is mandatory:
- Boone
- Carroll
- Cook
- DeKalb
- DuPage
- Grundy
- JoDavies
- Kane
- Kankakee
- Kendall
- Lake
- LaSalle
- Lee
- McHenry
- Ogle
- Stephenson
- Whiteside
- Will
- Winnebago
- Scholarship funds are strictly for tuition and will be sent directly to the accredited academic institution
Application Process
- Create a video under 90 seconds addressing the scholarship prompt
- Introduce yourself and your current school in the video
- Provide a written statement explaining your financial need and why you desire this scholarship
- Submit your video and written statement online
