• The Nursing Incentive Scholarship Fund (NISF) provides scholarships to Kentucky residents who will be attending approved prelicensure nursing programs (registered nurse or practical nurse) or graduate nursing programs.

  Students in prelicensure (LPN & RN) and BSN completion nursing programs must complete a minimum of 15 credit hours of published requirements for the nursing program per academic year.
