Scholarship Description
Prudential Emerging Visionaries is a national recognition program that awards young people for their innovative solutions to financial and societal challenges in their communities. An Emerging Visionary is a changemaker – a young person with a bold vision for impact and a project to make it happen. If selected, you may qualify to receive up to $15,000 — plus an all-expenses-paid trip in April with your parent or guardian to Prudential headquarters in Newark, NJ, along with coaching and skills development to help take your solution to the next level.
Prudential is accepting applications for Prudential Emerging Visionaries from people ages 14 to 18 who are taking on today’s toughest financial and societal challenges. Applicants must be legal residents of the United States or Puerto Rico. Prudential Emerging Visionaries is a collaboration of Prudential and Ashoka, a leading organization in the social impact sector. Financial health advisory support is provided by the Financial Health Network. Applications run from early September until the deadline, and winners are announced near the middle of February.
