Zonta Club of Milwaukee scholarships are open, and promoted, to students in the six-county greater Milwaukee metro area (Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee, Racine, and Kenosha counties). Aimed at young women ages 16 to 19, the goal of the Zonta International Young Women in Public Affairs (YWPA) Award Program is to encourage young women to pursue careers or seek leadership positions in public policy making, government, and volunteer organizations and further their education with these aims in view.
Scholarship Details

Application Process

- Submit the completed application by the deadline, March 15
Applicants must show their commitment to the volunteer sector, evidence of volunteer leadership achievements and a dedication to empowering women worldwide through service and advocacy. The Zonta Club of Milwaukee awards one $2,000 scholarship and forwards the winner’s application on to Zonta District 6, which may submit one application for consideration of one of 37 Zonta International awards of $5,000 each.
